We are seeking an enthusiastic individual, at the beginning of their career, who is eager to dive into the dynamic and expansive field of product management as a Junior Product Associate.


This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical knowledge and experience in product management processes.

This is a fully in-office position based in the greater Kansas City metro area (relocation assistance not provided). 


Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Development Support: Conduct research, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product strategy and execution.
  • Workflow Processing: engage in day-to-day tasks related to the product lifecycle.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Salesforce Process Management
Develop and manage integrated processes for the field team to provide timely bi-directional feedback between operations field and support teams as well as sales teams.
  • Documentation Management
Identify and capture necessary documentation to facilitate product development and team handoff on feature requests.
  • Release Notes Maintenance
Maintain and update necessary release notes documents and tools on a bi-weekly cadence.
  • Competitive Analysis
Conduct discovery and competitive analysis projects with defined scope and objectives.
  • Competitive Landscape Maintenance
Maintain and expand the competitive landscape.

Qualifications:
  • Salesforce or other CRM capability and or use
  • Highly organized and timeline driven
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Capable of preparing presentations and value propositions presentations
  • Strong analytical, strategic and coordinating skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of product management principles is a plus.
  • Automotive Experience a plus – Sales or BDC
  • Bachelor's degree in business related field preferred.
