OVERVIEW:
The Technical Operations Support role is responsible for the setup, ongoing maintenance, and troubleshooting of partner integrations, call tracking services, technical support requests, and related system configurations. The position includes educating both clients and department leaders on services and tools, addressing technical issues, and ensuring integrations and accounts operate at optimal performance

What You’ll Do:

Lead Integrations
  • Configure and maintain integrations for dealers, ensuring accurate delivery and full system functionality.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues, manage vendor updates, and submit programming tickets to maintain OEM and third‑party compliance.
  • Serve as a primary contact for OEM partners and third-party providers, including testing, certification, and ongoing communication.
  • Train dealer partners on lead importing tools, reporting features, and automation.
  • Communicate client feedback, bugs, and enhancement requests to management and development teams.
Call Tracking Integrations
  • Manage integrated telephony accounts, including setup, tracking number assignments, integrations, and access.
  • Train dealerships on the call tracking platform.
  • Maintain accounts, process requested updates, and ensure clients adopt new features and functionality.
  • Relay client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to support service improvements.
Technical Support
  • Set up and maintain email accounts for the client base.
  • Provide basic hardware support for devices such as scanners and printers.
  • Offer general troubleshooting for Windows environments and common browser issues.
Inventory and Data Integrations
  • Set up and maintain FTP servers for secure data exchange.
  • Configure and support integrated DMS and inventory provider connections.
  • Troubleshoot inventory-related data issues.
Department & Cross-Functional Support
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of proprietary software and integration platforms.
  • Support sales onboarding processes and project tracking within Salesforce.
  • Participate in weekly meetings to prioritize issues, enhancements, and development initiatives.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, marketing support, and continuous improvement of integrated services.
  • Collaborate with other internal teams to resolve end-user issues.

What You’ll Have:

Knowledge & Experience
  • Complete understanding of proprietary CRM functionality (training provided).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and self-manage workload.
  • Proficiency with Windows-based applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) and web navigation.
  • Technical familiarity with common data structures (XML, CSV, HTML, email formats).
  • Experience with Windows-compatible hardware (printers, scanners, etc.).
  • High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.

  • Strong listening and phone communication skills.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities and a clear communication style.
  • Ability to provide clear written and presentation instructions to clients.
  • Patience, professionalism, and a friendly demeanor.
  • Capable of handling a high volume of inbound calls and email requests
Work Conditions and Demands
  • No travel required; all duties performed on-site.
  • Frequent interaction with dealership personnel for setup, training, and service maintenance.
  • Significant time spent on phone calls and web-based meetings
