Who We Are:
National Credit Center/Promax is a leader in providing cutting-edge software solutions for the automotive industry. Our National Credit Center and Promax software help dealerships streamline their operations, enhance their finance and insurance (F&I) processes, and drive profitability.

OVERVIEW:
The Director of Product Management at NCC is a key leadership role responsible for identifying and driving new products and market opportunities to fuel business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of automotive dealerships, particularly the Finance and insurance (F&I) function, compliance requirements, technology ecosystems, and data used throughout these processes.

The ideal candidate will lead efforts to advance product-market fit, drive strong product adoption, amplify market intelligence, and sharpen our go-to-market (GTM) motions. This requires developing and maintaining a product vision, validating the vision and value propositions on an ongoing basis through direct customer engagement, identifying and advocating the best-in-class requirements to achieve the vision, and ensuring a clear, aligned roadmap for delivering sustainable growth.

The Director will focus on delivering innovative solutions, maintaining competitive differentiation, and enabling alignment between product, sales, and marketing teams. This entrepreneurial leader thrives in a fast-paced environment and prioritizes customer insights, speed, and continuous innovation.

What You’ll Do:
  • Develop and own the product vision for the credit and compliance platform.
  • Lead the program to engage customers directly through virtual calls, in-person meetings, product summits, and dealer advisory boards to validate product concepts and value propositions.
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends to inform product strategy, identify differentiating opportunities, and stay ahead of the market.
  • Deliver a best-in-class product platform with a validated value proposition among our core target and aligned roadmap to achieve and sustain product-market fit.
  • Drive strong adoption by identifying and resolving product and onboarding gaps in close collaboration with teams and customers.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and development teams to ensure clear requirement development and thorough product testing.
  • Developing sound pricing models and delivering enablement resources, including messaging and training, to support growth expansion.
What You’ll Have:
  • Strong knowledge of auto dealership operations, F&I processes, compliance requirements, technology ecosystem, and the role of credit and compliance in a dealership.
  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in B2B technology, automotive, or RV/Powersports.
  • Extensive experience engaging with dealerships directly on product ideation.
  • Demonstrated success in driving product adoption, improving GTM alignment, and achieving product-market fit among dealerships.
  • Experience leveraging customer insights, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to inform strategy.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient written communication skills, especially those related to developing product plans and training materials using PowerPoint.
  • The data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to quantify the impact of recommendations, optimize strategies, track progress, and deliver measurable results.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a bias for action, detail orientation, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Core Values:
We are looking for a leader who embodies our values:
  • One Team: We are transparent, collaborative, and aligned.
  • Customer Obsessed: We are a partner, not a vendor.
  • Forward Focused: We challenge ourselves and the norm to continuously innovate.
  • Act Now: We don’t put off to tomorrow what we can do today.
  • Results Driven: We act with purpose to deliver value for our clients and our company

We are an equal employment opportunity employer and a drug-free workplace.
