OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design and deploy intelligent systems that enhance dealer workflows and unlock insights from dealership data.
This role will focus on building data-driven systems that improve decision-making, optimize processes, and surface meaningful insights across our automotive SaaS platform. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering fundamentals with experience developing AI/ML-driven solutions in production environments.
This is a hands-on engineering role working at the intersection of intelligent systems, enterprise SaaS, and data-driven decision support

The Machine Learning Engineer will play a central role in shaping how intelligence is integrated into the next generation of our platform.
What You’ll Do:
Intelligent Decision & Optimization Systems
- Design and implement data-driven systems that enhance decision-making across dealer workflows
- Develop predictive or optimization logic using structured dealership data
- Translate business objectives into scalable intelligent services
- Improve consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in operational processes
- Ensure solutions are explainable, reliable, and aligned with enterprise and regulatory expectations
- Build systems that extract insights from structured dealership data (CRM, DMS, transactional records)
- Implement knowledge retrieval or search capabilities across policies and documentation where appropriate
- Collaborate with product teams to surface actionable intelligence within dashboards and workflows
- Design and deploy containerized AI services within AWS (ECS/Fargate)
- Integrate intelligent services into existing APIs and application workflows
- Monitor system performance, reliability, and integrity
- Ensure data security, auditability, and compliance alignment
What You’ll Have:
- 85+ years of software engineering experience
- 2+ years building and deploying AI/ML systems in production environments, with strong experience in Python-based data and ML development preferred
- Experience working with structured data and predictive or decision-support systems
- Experience deploying cloud-based services (AWS preferred)
- Understanding of secure API design and enterprise application architecture
- Experience in fintech, lending, automotive retail, or other regulated environments
- Experience building risk scoring, fraud detection, or optimization systems
- Familiarity with LLM integration or knowledge retrieval systems
- Understanding of model explainability and monitoring concepts
- Experience working with CRM or financial transaction platforms
