Regional Sales Manager - Dallas, Texas Territory

SUMMARY

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will develop and nurture a sales pipeline of primarily new car dealerships, operating within the target geographic area (Texas, Dallas/Ft. Worth). The RSM will be responsible for building a Digital Marketing Solutions for our (AimLogic Suite of Products) of high-value auto dealership opportunities, account planning, and achieving assigned sales objectives. This is a home based position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain business revenue through prospecting, cold-calling, and consultative sales presentations.
  • Build a sales pipeline comprised primarily of regional New Car Franchises
  • Develop and implement a sales plan to support sales, KPI and profitability goals.
  • Cold call and make personal sales presentations.
  • Consistently achieve assigned sales goal both annual and Quarterly Objectives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Inside Sales to identify and execute on successful lead generation campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the Post-Sales support team to insure customer expectations are managed and company obligations are met.
  • Record sales activity in Salesforce.com, while maintaining weekly and monthly performance standards.
  • Attend and present at select trade shows and Auto Dealer conferences.
  • Report, communicate and provide management information regarding business developments and opportunities.
  • Territory travels expected with possible overnight stays required.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Automotive Digital Marketing industry experience.
  • 3 years minimum B2B sales experience selling solutions to Auto Dealers is preferred.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Apple Products and Programs.
  • Exceptional communications skills both written and verbal
  • Capable of delivering compelling presentations to diverse audiences including management and decision makers. .
  • Ability to identify cross and up-sell opportunities.
  • Experience building client relationships that lead to account revenue growth.
