A Regional Sales Manager-Auto Credit are remotely charged with finding opportunities with franchise and independent automotive dealers within the designated region and selling the credit solution. Candidates should be able to open a sales pipeline with existing relationships and generate new relationships through business development acumen.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities through lead follow-up and personal outreach
- Manage and deliver high levels of penetration in the region
- Generate new leads by researching and understanding the market to engage key stakeholders
- Manage customer relationships and close strategic opportunities
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies that support the team in meeting and exceeding company market share goals and KPIs
- Deliver compelling sales discussions in a consultative approach to solve current and future problems with each dealer opportunity.
- Be an expert in Auto Credit offering and communicating its value
- Represent NCC/ProMax at industry conferences and networking events
What You’ll Have:
- Minimum of four (4) years of proven experience in B2B sales, including at least one (1) year in outside sales.
- Minimum of two (2) years of automotive dealership experience, preferably in the F&I space.
- A willingness to travel for in-person meetings, including cold-calling dealerships, on a regular cadence.
- Proven record of sales success in a similar industry over extended periods
- Experience using Salesforce.com preferred.
- Self-motivated with high energy and a willingness to learn and adapt
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, and meticulous attention to detail
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within a defined region.
